Every tent your guests book on the wedding page shows up here within a minute. Ten tents is the number you agreed and it is also the most Town Head Estate allows, so ten is both the floor and the ceiling. Guests pay us direct, nothing comes through you.
Your guests are on site Wednesday 5 to Friday 7 July 2028, locked in the calendar. Tap the days either side that would work for our crew to build the village or take it down, they turn green. The earlier we can pin this the better: it goes in our year plan, not just the week before. Once we lock it in it shows here with the crew lead's name and number.

Drag each booked tent into position to plan who is pitched next to who, and type who is in it. Every tent sleeps two in twin beds. Guests are asked on the booking page who they would like to be near, and if they named someone who has also booked, that tent lights up gold when you tap this one. It saves automatically and our crew reads this plan when we set the field out.
This is the page your guests book on. It is private, so they drop their email in to see it. Send it however you like, in the invite, on the wedding website, in the group chat.
